University City Bible Chapel was founded by Brother Jordan Foster and Brother Theodore Jackson (with the timely assistance of Brother Donovan Case) during the spring of 1983.

Being strongly rooted in God's word and with a sincere love for people, Brothers Foster and Jackson realized their unified mission to plant a gospel seed in University City.  They established an assembly that would:

-Spread the gospel message of salvation to the families in the surrounding areas.

-Provide a place for consistent bible study and fellowship.

-Support missionaries as they spread the gospel around the world.

-Encourage a concerted outreach to youth for salvation and spiritual growth.
